Sarah is a psychedelic guide, integration specialist and holistic therapist specialising in psychedelic therapy, modern relationships and sexual wellness. Working with plant medicine and altered states for 20 years with individuals, groups and couples. She is part of the Seed Talks ‘The science of psychedelics’ course, is a member of the Complementary Medical Association and a long-term student of Esther Perel.

As an activist, she has spoken at the NHS and the UN on sustainable healthcare, complementary medicine and women’s equality, in the past she has been involved with the Women’s Equality Party and is a popular figure in the UK press for sex equality, consensual non-monogamy and female empowerment.
